BAKER'S ASSISTANT

In this role I mostly fill the middle man position. My job is the second stage of production, where I craft our dough before it's baked. I also am expected to help out in all other roles so that production stays on track. Time management and attention to detail are paramount to my position.

CHEF'S APPRENTICE

My position was food preparation at the salad bench. It was my job to make salads and keep plates clean as they were being served. Speed was a necessary skill as this pub was popular. Here I learnt how to maintain composure in high stress environments. My time here was the catalyst that led me to pursue my dream as a game developer.
